Returns
Just send us an email within 30 days from the day you receive your parcel saying you’d like a refund or exchange. Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your jewellery. Please note:
Return/exchange broken or defective item(s): You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item. Please let us know if you cannot send a picture and we’ll be happy to help.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped by contacting our team.
Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You will need to request a return through our Returns Policy, and the item must be sent back in accordance with our return guidelines.
Note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made. Please note that for all countries taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.
